She studied Film at Vassar College, followed by her first film industry job working as a production assistant for Josh & Benny Safdie on their feature DADDY LONGLEGS.  Since then she has focused primarily on production design and worked her way up through independent films that found Festival success, such as GIMME THE LOOT winning the Grand Jury Prize at SXSW 2012 and various Sundance premieres including WE THE ANIMALS which won the NEXT Innovator Prize in 2018.  She is proud to have been a part of several queer-centered stories in recent years, and is continually inspired by collaborating on new and original stories especially from underrepresented voices.  Her work is driven by seeking to create authentic visual layers to enhance the innovative and enduring ways that cinema tells stories.
